To make sure you get the best from booking your appointment with Monroe Avenue Salon and Spa online, please note:
- We know life happens but please respect out technicians time. The girls at MAS are independent contractors. If they don't work because you canceled your appointment too close to the appointment time, or no show, our technicians are out the income during that time slot. For that, we ask that you give at least 48 hour notice for any appointment changes.
- If you miss your appointment or cancel it with less than 48 hours notice, we will charge you 50% for that service.
- NO SHOW? We will charge 100% the appointment fee for not showing. Just as we respect your time, we ask that you respect ours.
